At Manscaped, we aim to make every order simple, transparent, and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. If you are unsure whether your address is eligible, please contact us at info@manscaped.com before placing your order.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible U.S. orders. Our team selects a reliable carrier based on your location and order volume. Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another reputable logistics provider.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order ships, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@manscaped.com.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment. If you prefer a refund instead, we will process it according to our Refund and Return Policy.
